Orders are governed by our terms of sale, together with the product information and the shipping and returns, refunds and guarantees policies provided before purchase. Those sales terms take priority over these general website-use terms where they concern an order. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform; ELIOT LITE SARL is your seller.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate contact and order information and keep any account credentials secure. Do not use the website unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, upload harmful code, misuse personal information, or interfere with the operation or security of the service. Report suspected unauthorised account use promptly.

Submitted content and personalisation

Only submit text, names, designs, photographs or reviews that you have the right to use. We may use order content to fulfil your order and provide support, as explained in our privacy policy. Submitting a personalisation design does not authorise us to use your private photographs for advertising. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience; content that is unlawful or infringes rights may be removed.
